Wide Open

Wide Open was born as a research, in an effort to "raise awareness" and deepen the current 3D representation techniques.. The starting point is "Camera degli sposi", a famous fresco by Andrea Mantegna which alters the architecture through the optical illusion. Mantegna's work becomes an evocative object that triggers a virtual device where the point of view is overturned,, in which the reproduction instruments are interrogated,, in a layering of patterns, technical, effects.

Alessio Spirli (aka k.137) creates networks between computers, he converts any signals from the time domain and the frequency, dividing them into a series of harmonic functions applied to the video and the generation of 3D animations in real time.
